Impact program

La Vague and the Pôle d'économie sociale Gaspésie-Îles-de-la-Madeleine are joining forces to offer a series of virtual workshops for impact projects. This program is an introduction to the integration of impact in the business model with the contribution of our expert coach Christophe Billebaud.

Objective​

To integrate the notions of impact within the business model and its core strategies.

 

For w​ho?

Any social economy enterprise, non-profit enterprise or initiative wishing to improve their impact in their community, in les Îles or in Gaspésie.

Places limited to 10 organizations (maximum of 2 participants each).

Course

5 virtual workshops of 90 minutes each and 60 minutes of personalized coaching

Contents: Impact Gap Canvas, Impact Business Model, Impact Metrics, Communication and Organizational Impact

All the tools presented will then be available online for their own individual use.

When?

For 5 consecutive weeks

Tuesdays, from October 10 until November 7 inclusively

From 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Island time / 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Gaspésie

Cost: $125 per company (maximum of 2 participants)
